The Home Buyers Club CASA loan will still be eligible for graduates of the Home Buyers Club until May of 2008.

The Austin HRA is still offering the Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership CASA Program.

CASA Programs offer:

1. Up to 3,000 down payments assistance available to qualified buyers.
2. $75.00 per month house payment assistance the first year.
3. 40 year mortgage available, plus subsidized mortgage interest rate.

Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership CASA. MHFA has awarded Austin HRA $250,000 to help people purchase a home.

Eligibility requirement for the Housing Choice Voucher Home Ownership CASA are:

• You must have a Housing Choice Voucher with the Austin HRA Section 8 housing assistance program.
• You must have an acceptable credit record.
• The purchase price of the home cannot exceed $80,000.
• The home purchased must be located within Mower County.
• Income limits cannot exceed the following:
